SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. — Three graduates of Pinecrest High School have been awarded the Allisha D. Watts Memorial Scholarship by the West Southern Pines Community Association (WSPCA).
Watts was reported missing by her family after she told loved ones she was going to see a comedy show in Charlotte with her boyfriend, James Dunmore.
