Harnett County Government is proud to announce that LeAnn Blackmon, volunteer services director and medicare coordinator for the Division on Aging, has been awarded the Heroic Hands Award by the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC).
The Heroic Hands award is presented to one individual in each county across North Carolina, recognizing local public servants who have made meaningful impacts in their community.
