FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A person is dead after being hit by a train near Hillsboro Street in Fayetteville Friday night, police said.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department, officers responded to a call about someone being hit by a passing train in the area near the 100 block of Hillsboro Street shortly after 8 p.m.
