FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A crash in Cumberland County claimed the life of one person and injured two more Tuesday afternoon, according to North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened at the intersection of Yarborough Road and Chicken Foot Road.
According to the NCSHP, a Dodge Durango tried to make a left turn onto Chicken Foot Road and collided with a Ford Explorer traveling along Yarborough Road.
A person in the Ford Explorer died as a result of their injuries. Another was airlifted to a medical facility. One person in the Dodge Durango was taken to Cape Fear Hospital by ambulance, according to the NCSHP…
