Boofest will kick off Halloween festivities in downtown Southern Pines on Friday, Oct. 24. Trick-or-treating at local businesses begins at 5 p.m., followed by games, crafts, and family activities at Downtown Park starting at 5:30 p.m.
A Best Dog Costume Raffle will give pups a chance to show off their spookiest, silliest, or cutest attire for a prize. The night will conclude with a magic show from 7 to 7:30 p.m.
