CAMERON, N.C. (WNCN) — Loud parties, cars and gunshots are among the constant noise a Harnett County woman tells us she hears in her neighborhood. She reached out to CBS 17 to express her frustrations after going years without a resolution from law enforcement.
Harnett County’s noise ordinance mandates that people found in violation of noise regulation can receive a warning all the way up to a $500 fine, but Angela Crossman says noise violators are largely going unchecked in her Heritage Village neighborhood.
