Man arrested connected to string of Fayetteville robberies, police say

A man is facing charges in connection to a string of Fayetteville robberies that happened in Murchinson Road and Pamalee Drive area.

Police say incidents involved a pizza being ordered to a vacant house. When the delivery driver came, they were robbed at gun point.

22-year-old Kabron Thaggard was arrested. He is facing charges of:

  • Two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon
  • Two counts of second-degree kidnapping
  • Two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle
  • Two counts of felony possession of stolen property
  • Two counts of felony conspiracy
  • One count of possession of a stolen motor vehicle
  • One count of felony fleeing to elude
  • One count of possession of weapon of mass destruction

He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $450,000 secured bond…
