Frederick, Md. (DG) – An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Akwalabeng Fontava in North Bethesda.
Police say 18-year-old Joshua Carter was taken into custody on October 8th in Fayetteville, North Carolina, without incident. Investigators identified Carter as one of two suspects in Fontava’s September 21st death inside his apartment.
