Harnett County mom’s journey with Alzheimer’s and fight for hope with upcoming Fayetteville walk

LILLINGTON, N.C. (WNCN) — Amy Hamby lives in Harnett County and has been taking care of others for most of her life, until some recent changes.

“About the summer of 2024, I started having what I thought was some short-term memory loss,” she said.
