Fayetteville Residents Urged to Prevent Halloween Litter and Keep Neighborhoods Clean

As Halloween approaches in Fayetteville, N.C., the city’s Solid Waste Division is reminding residents to dispose of candy wrappers and other trash properly. Trick-or-treating often results in more litter on streets and sidewalks.
