3 men charged with cutting, trying to steal fiber lines that led to massive outage in Moore Co.

The Moore County Sheriff’s Office said they’ve arrested two men connected to fiber lines that were intentionally cut, causing a large outage and disruption to 911 earlier this month.

On Friday, Sheriff Ronnie Field announced they’ve arrested and charged Mitchell L. Campbell, 43, Mario T. Dockery, 44 and Charles J. Donnelly, 44. All three men are from Hoke County.
