Cumberland County’s Planning & Inspections Department and the Town of Hope Mills will hold a community meeting for the Hope Mills Area Land Use Plan on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The meeting will be from noon to 7 p.m. at the Hope Mills Parks & Recreation Center, 5766 Rockfish Road, Hope Mills, North Carolina.
Residents can attend at any time during the event to share ideas, ask questions, and learn about the planning process.
