The Cumberland County Public Library in Fayetteville, North Carolina, has appointed Gracey Brandt as its new Deputy Director. Brandt was chosen from nearly twenty candidates after a search process. She has almost ten years of experience in public libraries. Most recently, she was Senior Branch Manager at the library’s North Regional Branch, where she managed operations, budgeting, and staff development.
Before joining Cumberland County, Brandt worked at Durham County Library as Maker and STEAM Services Manager. In that role, she led STEM programs and received recognition at the national level.
