Cumberland County has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified real estate brokerage services to assist in the acquisition of property.
The selected real estate brokerage firm will work with the county to secure property, address unexpected issues as needed and work with the County Attorney’s office to facilitate one or more commercial real estate transactions.

Interested real estate brokerage firms must be duly licensed under the North Carolina Real Estate License Law (G.S.
