DUNN, N.C. (WNCN) — Officials said that a Harnett County dog “tossed” out of an SUV in Dunn on Wednesday was reunited with her owner on Saturday after the incident was caught on video and a woman was charged in the matter.
The incident was caught on video around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at 522 J.W. Edwards Lane in Dunn at the Dunn Animal Control Facility, according to a Thursday Dunn Police Department news release.
