Cumberland County Emergency Services in Fayetteville, North Carolina, will open a White Flag shelter on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, due to expected cold weather. The shelter is at Cornerstone Christian Empowerment Center in Spring Lake. It will offer overnight housing for people experiencing homelessness. Intake is from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Shelter hours are from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. Transportation to and from the Fayetteville Cares Day Resource Center will be provided. Dinner and breakfast will be available for guests.
