After 12 weeks of advanced leadership training, Lt. Brandon Lugabihl of the Southern Pines Police Department has completed the 103rd session of the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University.
The 12-week program, offered through the School of Public and International Affairs, provides management and leadership education tailored to law enforcement. Since 1989, the program has trained officers through coursework that addresses current challenges and professional practices.
