Airborne & Special Operations Museum reopens in Fayetteville after shutdown

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — The U.S. Army Airborne & Special Operations Museum reopened on Friday after being closed for nearly 45 days due to the government shutdown.

“This is the first time it’s been closed that long,” Director of Fort Bragg Museums Jim Barlinski said.

The largest tourist attraction in downtown Fayetteville, the museum tells stories that draw thousands of people from across the state, country, and world.
