Fort Bragg soldier acquitted in daughter’s death now faces secret peeping charges

A Fort Bragg soldier who was acquitted in the death of his baby daughter earlier this year, is now facing new legal troubles.

Sergeant Gabriel Ceville was charged by Fayetteville police with secret peeping involving a juvenile victim in a department store fitting room at Cross Creek Mall. He was taken into custody on Tuesday without incident.
