PARKTON — The Public Schools of Robeson County announced that Rebecca Locklear, a dedicated third-grade teacher at Parkton Elementary School, has been selected as one of the Top 10 Finalists in the FSIoffice Teacher All-Star Program for November.
Locklear was eligible to receive one vote per person, per day through Monday as she competed for the title of November Teacher All-Star in an online voting.
If selected as the monthly winner, she will advance to the statewide competition for FSIoffice Teacher All-Star of the Year, with each level offering valuable prizes and classroom resources to support her students…
