City of Fayetteville Assistant City Manager (ACM) Jeffrey Yates is celebrating a new accreditation after recently receiving the Credentialed Manager (CM) designation from the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
Yates has over 20 years in public service experience and has held a variety of local government roles in six different states from Texas to Virginia.
