ERWIN, N.C. (WNCN) — A pedestrian was found dead Friday following a hit-and-run on a Harnett County road, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol said.
According to the NCSHP, the pedestrian was walking westbound in the eastbound lane of the 2000 block of Bunnlevel Erwin Road when he was hit by an unknown vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene.
