DUNN, N.C. (WNCN) — A Benson man died on his birthday after a head-on crash in Harnett County Saturday afternoon, officials said.
The crash was reported around 1:30 p.m. on U.S. 301 near Hodges Chapel Road south of Benson near the Johnston County line, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
