BENSON — The town has announced that Carolina Trash & Septic will begin serving all residential waste collection routes starting Dec. 31. Under the new contract, all in-town households will receive service on Wednesdays.
Carolina Trash & Septic will collect household trash and bulk items weekly. Yard waste and recycling will be collected on alternating weeks. The company will begin distributing its rollout carts on Dec. 15.
