LYNCHBURG Va. (WFXR) – A hit-and-run vehicle incident that occurred on November 28, 2025, has resulted in charges against two individuals.
According to the Lynchburg Police Department, one individual is James Prival, 32, of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He has been charged with unlawful wounding and hit-and-run with injuries.
