Wallace police have charged a man in a woman’s shooting death that took place on Dec. 14.
The Wallace Police Department announced Dec. 16 that Melvin Cruz Morales, 40, of 124 Wallace Mobile Home Park Lane, was arrested in Harnett County.
The Harnett County Sheriff’s Office and NC State Bureau of Investigation officers assisted in his apprehension. Wallace police have transported him back to Duplin County…
