Meet Dr Erika McCormick
A proud Fayetteville, NC native and lifelong community advocate, Dr. McCormick has spent over 20 years pouring her heart into the area she calls home. She is the devoted mother of three beautiful children—her daughter Ailina (8) and twin sons Aiden and Austin (3 months). Known for her vibrant spirit and faith-filled leadership, Erika gracefully balances life as a mom, wife, doctoral student, and entrepreneur. Her passion for mentorship starts at home. A fun fact: her daughter is already a business owner and Girl Scout, inspired by Erika’s guidance and example. Dr. McCormick truly embodies what it means to be a mom who does it all. Erika is a published author, keynote speaker, and the founder of Abundant Living Consulting Corporation. She is also the creator of several nonprofit, community-based programs designed to help families build wealth, strengthen credit, and develop sustainable business infrastructure. Over the years, she has received national awards, led impactful community outreach initiatives, and launched multiple youth and financial literacy programs in Fayetteville and beyond.

Erika was inspired by the financial struggles she witnessed within her family and community. Determined to be part of the solution, she set out to help others build strong financial foundations and sustainable businesses. What began as a personal passion has grown into a powerful movement. Dedicated to empowering women and families to break cycles of poverty, achieve financial stability, and build generational wealth. Erika doesn’t just talk about generational wealth, she’s building it. She has created legacy-driven businesses, actively teaches youth entrepreneurship, and even introduced “Wealth Passports” for her children to track financial growth and milestones.
