The Fayetteville area has a number of construction projects scheduled for completion in 2026, many of which will house new restaurants.
Multiple restaurants are moving into newly built commercial buildings in 2026, including in the Glensford Commons shopping center; the Forge Food Hall; a site at the corner of Raeford and Gillis Hill roads; and The Hive of Hope Mills.

Glensford Commons shopping center
The Glensford Common shopping center will house two new restaurants after construction is completed on a two-unit building going up between Carolina Ale House and On the Border.
