Brothers killed in double shooting at Mac’s Speed Shop in North Carolina

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — The two men who died in theshooting outside of a Fayetteville restaurant have been identified in new developments from police.

According to the Fayetteville Police Department, 43-year-old Timothy Nakamoto and 45-year-old Daniel Nakamoto were killed Saturday just before 7 p.m. in a shooting at Mac’s Speed Shop.

Officers said Sunday, as their preliminary investigation is underway, that the two brothers were in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation and turned into fatal gunfire.

“Timothy Nakamoto was pronounced deceased at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center,” officers said Sunday. “Daniel Nakamoto was pronounced deceased on scene.”…
