Fayetteville to Host Crucial Roundtable on Military Family Childcare Support with NC Leadership and Advocates

Fayetteville will host the North Carolina Military Community Childcare Roundtable 2026 on January 29, an event organized by the North Carolina Department of Military and Veterans Affairs in collaboration with Blue Star Families and Fayetteville Technical Community College. Officials, advocates, and educators will meet to address child care challenges affecting military families.

In a press release, the roundtable is part of the “Do Your Part” initiative, endorsed by Governor Josh Stein. North Carolina’s participation reflects a statewide effort to support military families through policy and program development. According to the event announcement, discussions will center on identifying childcare challenges in military communities and developing potential solutions.
