A Dunn woman is facing multiple felony charges following an alleged break-in at a Carteret County home, according to court documents.
Heather Findeisen Cole, of Hodges Chapel Road in Dunn, was charged by the Carteret County Sheriff’s Office with second-degree burglary, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony conspiracy and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.
Onslow County Schools officials confirmed to News 12 that Cole previously served as Principal at Dixon Middle School. She served in that role from July 1, 2022 until resigning from OCS on Jan. 5, 2026.
