ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) – A man is now facing charges after a body was found at a cemetery in Robeson County last week.
Deputies with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Frank Locklear, 30, of Shannon on Sunday in connection with the death of Michael Graham.
Locklear was charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
