The N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles this week announced the expansion of its popular self-service kiosks to additional grocery store locations in the Raleigh, Charlotte, and Fayetteville areas. This initiative builds on the successful pilot program launched two years ago and aims to provide greater convenience and access to essential motor vehicle services for North Carolinians.
Since the kiosk pilot began, nearly 90,000 transactions have been completed at these convenient locations, demonstrating strong customer demand for faster, out-of-office service options.
The expansion includes 10 new kiosks being deployed statewide, with nine already installed and operational. The 10th kiosk is scheduled for installation tomorrow in Charlotte.
