A year after a Green Beret’s remains were found, friends are working to keep his memory alive

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Today marks one year since the remains of Green Beret Clinton Bonnell were found in a body of water in Fayetteville. Bonnell’s wife, Shana Cloud, was arrested in connection to his death.

His friends say they still remember him as a bigger than life personality, kind soul and a friend to all.
