FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — The Fayetteville Police Department has identified the person killed in a crash on All American Freeway late Monday night and has determined that it was caused by a wrong-way driver.
According to Fayetteville police, their initial investigation shows that a 2017 Mercedes-Benz C300, a two-door car, was driving south on the northbound side of the All American Freeway.
“The Mercedes-Benz was being driven with the headlamps off, but occasionally turned on, while traveling on the roadway,” police said.
