ROANE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – A man stationed at the U.S. military installation Fort Bragg in North Carolina is facing a second-degree murder charge stemming from a deadly shooting in Roane County, Tennessee.
Jacob Stinnett, a 24-year-old man, was charged on Feb. 23 in the shooting of his uncle, Tommy Cooper, on Christmas Eve, according to District Attorney General Russell Johnson. Stinnett is listed in the Cumberland County, North Carolina Sheriff’s Office’s inmate lists.
