ERA Strother Real Estate has promoted Joshua Sparks to Broker in Charge, placing him over approximately 70 agents and the firm’s day-to-day brokerage operations.
Sparks, son of company founder Denise Strother, has been with ERA Strother for six years, returning to Fayetteville in March 2020 after managing a downtown restaurant in Nashville. He obtained his real estate license during the COVID-19 pandemic while working at the company’s front desk.
Before his promotion, Sparks served as director of business development, where he focused on bringing in new business and sponsorships, overseeing commercials and other media efforts and working with Five West Media, the firm’s media company.
