ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) — Two people are facing charges in Robeson County after allegedly failing to report a man’s death, authorities said.
Scott Vaughan, 45, of Raeford, North Carolina, and Robin C. Smith, 40, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, are charged with concealment/failure to report the death of Zachary David Johnson, 36, also of Fayetteville.
Vaughan, who was already in jail on unrelated charges, is being held on a $5,000 bond at the Robeson County Detention Center. Smith remains at large…
