An Horry County jury found a North Carolina man guilty of trafficking methamphetamine 100 to 200 grams, possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of burglary tools used during the commission of a crime.
Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson said Kevin Penland, 39, of Hope Mills, N.C., was sentenced to 25 years in prison by the Honorable Circuit Court Judge Benjamin Culbertson.
