LUMBERTON, N.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested after he set fire to a storage building attached to the Walgreens on Wednesday afternoon, according to officials.
Malcolm Christopher Bass, 58, of Roseboro, North Carolina, was charged with first-degree arson.
