Road rage report leads to drug bust in North Carolina, investigation underway

NORTH CAROLINA — A Raeford man was arrested Thursday after deputies discovered fentanyl, cocaine and other drugs during a traffic stop linked to a reported road rage incident, according to the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said the incident began when a driver reportedly pointed a gun at another motorist during a road rage encounter. Based on the description provided, Raeford police stopped a vehicle on Fulton Street.
