A Hope Mills woman is charged with multiple felonies related to a February fatal vehicle crash on the All American Freeway, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.
Police said a 2017 Mercedes‑Benz C300 driven by Joelle Danielle Sage Outlaw, 32, of Hope Mills, was traveling the wrong way on the All American Freeway toward Fort Bragg on Feb. 23 when it struck a northbound 2020 Volvo XC90 head‑on between Cliffdale and Morganton roads.
A news release at the time said the Mercedes was southbound in the northbound lanes “with the headlamps off, but occasionally turned on.”…
