ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) — Crews rescued a man trapped in a grain bin on Thursday afternoon on Daniel McLeod Road near the Red Springs community, according to Robeson County Public Information Officer Emily Jones.
Jones said it took crews about 30 minutes to free the man from the bin.
She added that Burnt Swamp, Buie Philadelphus, Red Springs Fire, Red Springs Rescue, Lumberton Rescue, and Pembroke Rescue Squad were all involved in the rescue operation…
