Hope Mills officers shot at during chase with Fayetteville robbery suspect: Police

HOPE MILLS, N.C. (WNCN) — During a chase with a stolen vehicle Monday night, Hope Mills police said an officer was shot at by the suspect.

According to the Hope Mills Police Department, an officer tried to stop a vehicle that was reported stolen by the Fayetteville Police Department around 11:20 p.m. on March 30 in the Cumberland County town.
