DUNN, N.C. – A well-known beach musician died early Saturday after a collision involving his minivan and a fuel tanker truck on Interstate 95.
Dunn Emergency Services was dispatched just after 2:00 a.m. to the collision in the northbound lanes near the 73-mile marker.
The driver of the minivan died at the scene. He was identified as Howard Douglas Winstead, 67, of Concord. Officials said the minivan, a 2019 Chrysler, rear-ended the tanker truck…
