FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A Cumberland County Superior Court judge again denied bond for Shana Cloud, who is accused of killing her husband, retired Green Beret Clinton “Clint” Bonnell last year.
The judge also ruled only still photographs would be allowed during the hearing on Tuesday.
