Drivers frustrated by rough railroad crossings in NoDa

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Drivers in NoDa say rough railroad crossings along North Davidson Street and East 36th Street are creating frustrating — and sometimes damaging — commutes through one of Charlotte’s busiest neighborhoods.

Residents say the crossings have become increasingly difficult to navigate, with uneven tracks, loose gravel and steep bumps causing concerns for drivers and nearby neighbors.
