EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Lots of traffic changes are happening on the Lloyd Expressway this week.
Tuesday, INDOT crews will shut down a section of Red Bank Road just south of the Expressway.
During the closure, drivers will not be able to turn off of the Lloyd onto Red Bank…
