Memorial Day: Remembering those who have made the ultimate sacrifice at Michigan national cemetery

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI – Brett Kurily visits his father at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly Township at least twice a year.

Once during Christmas time when the headstones are decorated with wreaths, and again during Memorial Day weekend, when each stone is marked with an American flag.
