NORFOLK, Va. — Drivers in Norfolk should prepare for a new long-term traffic pattern on Interstate 64 near Tidewater Drive beginning as early as Friday night, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
VDOT crews will shift traffic on I-64 east to accommodate work tied to the Hampton Roads Express Lanes project’s Norfolk segment.
